It also excludes costs associated with labor including, but not limited to, on-site preparation, installation, removal, handling, disposal of existing carpet and carpet pad, installation sundries, moving furniture and floor fixtures. And it applies to the original purchase only and must be installed by a professional carpet installer certified by the CRI Carpet Installation Standard 10.1.09.
